The Mid America Chapter will again have an exhibit hall at the 2020 Consumer Night event. We have expanded the exhibit hall hours to also be open Wednesday February 12, from 2-6pm

Setup: Wednesday, Feb. 12 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Display: Wednesday, Feb. 13 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Thursday, Feb. 13 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Dismantle: Friday, Feb. 14 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Exhibit space display tables located in the exhibit lounge will provide attractive visual promotional opportunities for companies interested in showcasing their products and services. Please note that exhibits must be tabletop exhibits. There will not be adequate space to accommodate 10' booth displays.
Each display table is 6 ft. long and skirted. Two chairs and a wastebasket will be provided.
Exhibitors are responsible for the cost and rental arrangements for AV equipment as well as electrical needs. Order forms for A/V and electrical will be forwarded to confirmed exhibitors.
All exhibitor tables will be sold and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, 'upon payment in full'. ISRI will not accept verbal commitments or 'hold' requests for specific booth locations. A contract forwarded to ISRI without payment will not be processed until payment is received. ISRI reserves the right to rearrange the floor plan based on the number of tables sold.

Once payment is received, Nancy Reynolds will contact you to confirm your booth. Booths will be assigned on a first-come/first-served basis once payment is received.
If an exhibitor must rescind its offer to exhibit, ISRI must receive a written cancellation notice from the company by February 1, 2020 in order to issue a refund, less a 10% processing fee. No refunds will be issued after this date.
Exhibitors must obtain and maintain Comprehensive General Liability Insurance, including contractual liability covering ISRI and the St. Louis Union Station Hotel with an amount of not less than $1,000,000 combined single limit for personal injury and property damage. An original certificate of insurance must be received no later than February 1, 2020. The certificate must show ISRI, St. Louis Union Station Hotel and their parents, subsidiaries and affiliates as additional insured parties.
Exhibitor assumes responsibility and agrees to indemnify and defend ISRI and the Hotel and their respective
Employees and agents against any claims or expenses arising out of the use of the exhibition premises. The Exhibitor understands that neither ISRI nor the Hotel maintains insurance covering the Exhibitor's property and it is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to obtain such insurance.
