Register for the Banquet
Registration for the 2010 banquet must be made online through this website only. No faxed or mailed in registrations will be accepted.
TICKETS ARE $250 PER PERSON AND MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE. Every person must register individually, regardless of how many people from your company are coming.
The registration deadline is Friday, February 5th, 2010 at 5pm CST.
PAYMENT POLICY: Invoices that are not paid prior to 5pm CST on Friday February 5th will be cancelled.
NO REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ALLOWED AT THE DOOR.
