Exhibit Booths

The Mid America Chapter will again have an exhibit hall at the 2025 Consumer Night event.

Exhibit Fees:
Cost: $400 for ReMA members
          $800 for nonmembers
          (Tables are limited to one per exhibitor.)
*This includes two (2) exhibitor personnel badges with NO access to the Consumer Night Banquet.

EXHIBITION DATES AND TIMES SETUP:

Setup:       Wednesday, Feb. 19 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Display:     Wednesday, Feb. 19 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
                  Thursday, Feb. 20 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Exhibitor Move-Out:   Friday, Feb. 21 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM

Exhibit space display tables located in the exhibit lounge will provide attractive visual promotional opportunities for companies interested in showcasing their products and services. Please note that exhibits must be tabletop exhibits. There will not be adequate space to accommodate 10' booth displays.

FURNITURE:
Each display table is 6 ft. long and skirted. Two chairs and a wastebasket will be provided.

AUDIO VISUAL/ELECTRICAL:
Exhibitors are responsible for the cost and rental arrangements for AV equipment as well as electrical needs. Order forms for A/V and electrical will be forwarded to confirmed exhibitors.

AVAILABILITY:
All exhibitor tables will be sold and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, 'upon payment in full'. ReMA will not accept verbal commitments or 'hold' requests for specific booth locations. A contract forwarded to ReMA without payment will not be processed until payment is received. ReMA reserves the right to rearrange the floor plan based on the number of tables sold.

We are excited to announce that we will again have a 'Meet the Consumers Reception' Wednesday, February 19, 4-5 pm, in the Midway Hall.

Once payment is received, Nancy Reynolds will contact you to confirm your booth. Booths will be assigned on a first-come/first-served basis once payment is received.

Exhibit booth registration will close on Monday, February 10.

REFUND POLICY
If an exhibitor must rescind its offer to exhibit, ReMA must receive a written cancellation notice from the company by February 10th, 2025 in order to issue a refund, less a 10% processing fee. No refunds will be issued after this date.

INSURANCE REQUIREMENT
Exhibitors must obtain and maintain Comprehensive General Liability Insurance, including contractual liability covering ReMA and the St. Louis Union Station Hotel with an amount of not less than $1,000,000 combined single limit for personal injury and property damage. An original certificate of insurance must be received no later than January 22, 2024. The certificate must show ReMA, St. Louis Union Station Hotel and their parents, subsidiaries and affiliates as additional insured parties.

INDEMNIFICATION
Exhibitor assumes responsibility and agrees to indemnify and defend ReMA and the Hotel and their respective Employees and agents against any claims or expenses arising out of the use of the exhibition premises. The Exhibitor understands that neither ReMA nor the Hotel maintains insurance covering the Exhibitor's property and it is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to obtain such insurance.
